Body Centered Mindfulness

I believe our bodies are always trying to tell us something about how we feel. The challenge lies in being willing to listen, along with taking the time to pay attention to what our bodies might be telling us. I help my clients access the innate wisdom stored in their body by guiding them in getting in touch with their body sensations. This allows my clients to uncover hidden emotions and learn how give these feelings the gentle space to be accepted vs rejected. This allowance and acceptance can actually lessen the intensity of these feelings. As these emotions and sensations are permitted to be nothing different, we then give voice to and make sense of shifts in emotions and sensations during our session.
