mindfulness in nature

Connecting with nature is therapeutic and healing. I like to incorporate intentional connection with nature into our sessions when possible and promote it in between sessions as well. Because this connection to nature is so vital to our mental health, I studied Applied Ecopsychology and have the skills to bring you into this intentional nature connection. I may encourage you to utilize time in nature as a coping skill to manage anxiety, anger, parental overwhelm and/or the intensity of being a highly sensitive person.
