I am glad you have found this place of connection and support. Maybe you arrived here because you are searching for parenting skills to help you manage your every day overwhelm from the demands of parenting. Perhaps you struggle with anxiety, find it difficult to sleep and feel completely burnt out from the overstimulation of your life. It’s possible you’ve arrived here because you’ve been doing a lot of research and discovered you have a highly sensitive personality. Maybe you would like to learn better communication skills for having difficult and triggering conversations with loved ones, family members and friends. Whatever the reason may be, I specialize in helping people work through these issues and develop coping skills to regulate their nervous system in order to find the calm they desire. During your therapy session, I blend a somatic approach of body-based mindfulness with a person centered focus that will help you feel validated, seen and heard. I provide these sessions online or out in nature (for my Nebraska clients) during the weekdays. Through our time together, you will find new ways to manage stress and overwhelm which leave you feeling peaceful and empowered. It’s easy to get started.
