I am glad you have found this place of connection and support. Perhaps you arrived here because you are searching for parenting skills which will help you manage your every day overwhelm. Maybe your anxiety feels like it is overtaking your daily life. It’s possible you’ve arrived here because you are curious if you have a highly sensitive personality, also called sensory processing sensitivity. Maybe you would like to learn better communication skills for having difficult and triggering conversations with loved ones, family members and friends. Whatever the reason may be, I specialize in helping people work through these issues and develop coping skills to regulate their nervous system and find the calm they desire. During your therapy session, I blend a somatic approach of body-based mindfulness with a person centered focus that will help you feel validated, seen and heard. I provide these sessions online between the hours of 9:30 am - 4:00 pm CST most weekdays. Through our time together, you will find new ways to manage stress and overwhelm which leave you feeling peaceful and empowered.
